Established in 2000
Inter Virtual Sdn Bhd (IVSB) is a leading ICT consulting firm established in 2000, with over two decades of experience delivering high-impact technology solutions. We specialise in end-to-end consultancy services tailored to complex, mission-critical environments — particularly in healthcare, infrastructure and government sectors.
Our founders came out of the Hospital Putrajaya development and construction project, prior to year 2000. A few years before Inter Virtual was formed, they were part of the project team that designed, planned and implemented the Total Hospital Information Systems (THIS) there — an integrated environment of infrastructure, clinical and administrative systems, and digital medical devices — in the design and project management role. Inter Virtual’s own first engagement on the hospital followed in 2000, managing the software vendors through the two-year warranty maintenance period.
We then developed the design concept and the technical and integration specifications for the THIS hospitals that followed throughout the country in the early 2000s, and provided consulting and project implementation leadership for several other major hospital developments — including the Sarawak International Medical Centre and the Women and Children Hospital of Hospital Kuala Lumpur, now Hospital Tunku Azizah.
